30g semi-salted butter
100g praline with 70% dried fruit
85g milk chocolate
70g roasted hazelnut
190g brown sugar
210g flour
90g roasted hazelnut powder
Start by peeling and chopping the apples and pears.
Put in a large frying pan with the 30g of butter
Pour into the dish.
Add the praline.
Cut the milk chocolate into pieces.
Put on the praline then finish with the crushed toasted hazelnuts.
Mix by hand (or in a robot) to have a dough that can clump together
Make the dough by putting all the ingredients in a container.
Squeeze the dough in your hands then break it into the container
Bake for 35-40 minutes at 170°C on a rotating heat, until the crumble is golden brown.
