way to much make up – love the nails. I tried to apply same amount of creams, foundation, powder ect – I lasted not long enough to take it off. I can not stand anything on my skin. I absolutely hated it. I can not function.

I've found 1 hour of walking is about 5,000 steps . So to hit your 10000 steps you need to walk 2 hours a day. Doing that plus 30 min of toning exercises had me in the best shape of my life. I have to get back to that!

I totally agree with you about how much a tidy space can impact one’s self. When my living area is in disarray I feel unproductive, unmotivated. That’s probably why my first instinct when I’m stressed is to start tidying up 😅 it’s as if I am tidying up my mind while I tidy up my living space haha

What is it with the HANDS!!!
The one thing I did for myself that is still paying dividends to this day is actively investing in my retirement while I'm young! Every month I put extra money into a super fund. 15% total — minimum. I'm watching this compound every year and it is the greatest sense of security. Being in control of your finances at a young age and sticking to it makes me feel FANTASTIC. And all that money you'd spend on lattes and smoothies and flowers — DON'T. SAVE IT GIRLFRIEND. I save over $1800 a year by cutting out expensive fancy cappuccinos. That's insane money. I buy groceries on a Monday and make all my lunches at work. I eat a healthy salad and chicken sandwich everyday for less than $2 per day. Most people I know in my office spend $20 a day on food. Sure they smirk at my lunch, but I just put $25k into a highly diversified mutual fund with a gold star rating. Can't help like I won there. Many of my younger colleagues are always complaining about how broke they are, but they're not broke; they're undisciplined. I thrift all my clothes and save over $2000 a year! Beautiful homewares, cookware, and my office dresses (good brands like CUE, Sportscraft and Armani) — all thrifted. Honeys, diamonds aren't a girls best friend; earning compounding interest over 38 years is!! Make no mistakes, I live a very good life. I'm not suffering; I have abundance. Small changes in your life make for big positives later on. I had to mention this here because it's a step that's all too often left out — and it is the most essential step. Be frugal now. Retire at 55 on a farm by the sea. Amen.
I’ve been in a horrible rut maybe due to depression, I’ve gained tons of weight too which is really making me feel down:( I keep meaning to start and I find it so hard I always go back to walking to the shop for sweets because that the only thing that seems to make me feel better, I know losing some weight and looking after myself will make me feel better and idk where to start:(
