Well there's one problem bothering me a lot. I set goals and complete them BUT I'll sabotage myself for not setting more goals😅 Where does this kind of thinking come from? What should I do to get rid of them?

How to plan your week more effectively (art of improvement)
1. take a mental inventory
Write down everything you wanna do
to avoid decision fatigue( dk how to spend your time)
then consider the priority of those tasks
2. time blocking
set the time limit for your tasks, eg. 1 hour for essay
set deadline for urself
3. morning reflection
5-15 mins, review what u wanna do, read your to do list
think about why u wanna do those tasks
imagine u have finished those tasks, giv some motivaiton
4. evening reflection
help unwind your mind
consider tasks u have completed, consider why u have finished those tasks, whats the priority
mark the end of the day and appreciate yourself
5. celebrate
then what will you do if you can't make you plan work as you planned because someone already planned for you without telling you ? and like usual nothing will happen or improve only anger and depression.

I always do this since 12, i always thought it was normal
as a person who had anxiety, doing simple tasks and organizing my life as a student and artist was Soo hard even with writing my goals down , if u are stuck with mental health issues your way will start with therapy❤️✨
Setting a timer helps me get things done as well.
I just need to share a breakthrough at the "imagine the burst you get when completing that task" like that sounds so simple but so helpful~ we get so stressed trying to just get the task started that we neglect the fulfillment from actually getting it done~

What software was used for the animation in this video?
1. Time blocking doesn't work for me usually but I write down how long I took to do that task.
2. Now I realize what I was doing wrong while making my to do list. I used to only make a mental inventory and try to complete that which never happens and I end up being overwhelmed.

I think time blocking isnt “it” for me. I get overwhelm if i put time on each tasks. I am a free person. I like to immerse myself in the tasks im doing. I do better that way
