I admire people like this. I get up at 5am every day to the sound of my baby crying, so far that’s the only thing that can get me out of bed that early.
I have never been a morning person but I used to get up at 6am every morning, but now I'm sleep deprived because our daughter will NOT sleep. She's two and still wakes up from 2-10 times per night. Sleep Training hasn't worked and doctors have found nothing wrong she's just a crappy sleeper. I need to wake up early to workout and to work on my writing but I'm so freaking tired all the time
I wake up at 4 am and it is really dark at that time but my favourite part of waking up early is to have my coffee and get ready for my day

I think my problem is I could get up, get dressed, drive my daughter to work and still come back and go back to sleep. I don’t think “oh now that I’m up I might as well stay up.”

How to wake up before 6am everyday…have a newborn and toddler 😂😂😂 Why would you do this to yourself when you don’t have kids?!
I guess the question is…. why? We don’t need so many active hours and if for some reason you do (you don’t) just stay up later while your body is already going.

I forced this upon myself until I realized I'm never going to be a morning person and accepted that I'm night owl. I found a job that allows me to wake up at 9:30am everyday and I've never been happier going to be at 2am.
Sounds great until I realize I’m a breast feeding mom up at 1,2,3,4:00 in the morning. I’ll be more than happy to jumó under the covers until it’s 9am
