If you are wondering if your pain is coming from your SI joint, here are 3 tests that may help. https://youtu.be/RRpLyC2xxO8
Hi Bob, I have been watching your videos for a few years and I am SO GLAD you are still making them. This one, about the SI, is exactly what I needed and I could not be more grateful. It feels selfish in a way, but also, I know people like me are why you make videos and I feel its really important that I send you some love and appreciation for your heart and your will to keep helping people. I'd hug ya if I could reach ya. 🥰
I’ve been watching your videos for about 5 years when I suffered 11 vertebral compression fractures with no known cause. I’d been fighting cancer for about the same amount of time so that caused a lot of pain. Wasn’t till I started watching your videos and trying some of the great tips you both share that I started getting relief. I’m very sorry about your Ataxia Bob and I hope you can make a full recovery.
Can you tell me which episode it was when you talked about why we slip off pavements /sidewalks – and why it happens. Many thanks.
Excellent info. Thanks guys.
Bob, love your strength. I’m fused in both SI joints but battling spasms after my 8th back surgery and 8th fusion. Still taking every tip I can get. Thank you guys.
Thanks for these tips, I have this especially when I wake up. I like the last one on the stool stretch. & the 1st 3, I’ll try the one with the stick. Thanks guys. ❤
Thank you guys…I'm trying all your techniques!
No pop, but great pain relief! THANKS
"how to pop sacroiliac joint in seconds" – video is over 9 minutes long 👌
No sound
I think i pop this one pretty often by hyper extending and flexing my butt cheeks feels good lol
Thank you so much. I've been suffering with si for more than half a yr.
So sorry to hear about Brad.
Been following both of you for years.
This really helped me. 9 spine surgeries down, I need numbers 10 and 11 badly but just don't want anymore surgery. I have a fusion at L5 S1, and my SI hurts constantly. I have nerve damage that affects my legs, a neurostim implant and more prescriptions than I care to count. The last stretch really helps, thanks guys!
Worthless video!
Quackery at its height.
I love you guys
Dude I think Bob had a beer and a Benadryl before this video.
I think Bob has on barefoot shoes…Whitin maybe…look comfy! Sorry to hear about your ataxia…prayers going up right now! Glad to see it hasn't stopped the amazing work you two have done! Keep up the great work!
I use an si belt and it works wonders 🙂
I broke my fibia in high-school. And my illicit Is always hurting due to one leg being long than the other
Are you guys drunk?
I don't know why, but I absolutely love the jingle. Great content guys! Totally change my day to day.
I think the internet is reading my mind .
I have a problem with that part of my body and suddenly this pops up
Pants on backwards
Why such a long video if relief is only seconds away?
I put my elbows up on my couch and try to push my stomach as close to the floor as I can I hear a snap in my back and the pain is gone by 80%
These guys are great!
What happened to Bobs speech?
Seriously a 9minute video for something that takes seconds your taking the piss
I came here randomly… and thanks to your theme song. Glad I did.lol
great video!
How to pop my what? Please don't feed my popping joints habit. 🤣😂🤣
Obvious SPAM and quackery.
You can't "pop it into place" because if it pops OUT of place, you have severe problems that require surgery.
Is it just me or does it seems like bob is schnookered.
I had an interesting thing happen once. I hurt my back by carrying a 5 gallon bucket of water. I had quite a bit of pain for a few days. Then one day I was sitting on the edge of my couch and I was bending over to pick up some newspapers that started to pile up on the floor. Then I felt a pop and felt enormous pain. I thought for sure something broke. After about 5 minutes the pain eased and about an hour later all the pain was gone. Not sure what happened but something popped back into place.
I have had issues with my right S/I for 12 years. I do two legged squats with very similar technique to your #5 technique stool stretch and it really helps to loosen it up and minimize soreness. I'm bookmarking this video. Thank you.
This is precisely what I needed today. I have severe scoliosis, and my pelvis is "askew" because of it. I can simply walk and turn left at the same time and feel instant pain. It happened at work the other day and took about six hours to right itself. Now I know what techniques to use to help. Thanks!
Thankful you two are still doing this! Bob, you are such an inspiration to me.. You two are the best therapists on the internet.. Hands Down! Keep the videos coming! Love and blessings to you both!
Good to know about this. I had a ruptured disc removed at the S1, 38 years ago. I fell carrying 200 lbs. of sheet across an icy board at a construction site and landed on my butt. Before I finally went to a doctor for the leg pain, the only way I got relief was to pull my knees up to my chest and hold them there. After I recovered from the back surgery I noticed that I could "pop" that area of my back/hips by doing leg raises lying on my back or simply by bringing my right knee up toward my chest and then when straightening it back out I would hear and feel multiple "pops." That would always help relieve sciatic pain in my right leg. Now I know what that popping sound is. Unfortunately, my vertebrae now sits directly on top of the sacrum causing pinched nerves. But, I think the current issues with right leg pain, including knee pain, is the right iliac joint that is so noisy when I do the movements I described above. I tried the exercises in the video. No immediate relief, but I intend to try them everyday for a week or so and see if it helps. Right now I get relief by hanging my right leg off the bed, or over the arm of my recliner. One of the things I have noticed over the years is that while sitting I can still prop my left ankle on my right knee with no problem, but I have difficulty propping my right ankle on my left knee. When I do prop my right ankle on my left knee, my right knee sticks up in the air instead of relaxing to a horizontal position like my left leg does. But then, I had a steel pin put in my right femur when I was 18, because 2000 lbs. of sheetrock that was on a dolly fell over on me. Once they got the sheetrock off and I got my leg out it looked like I had two knees. It also crushed the cartilage in my right knee. When they put the pin in my femur they went through my right hip to drive it through the bone. Also took it out through my right hip. But, I only recall the "popping" starting after the back surgery when I was 21.
Also, there is an exercise, for lack of a better word, that y'all didn't demonstrate that I find helpful on occasion, and that is to bend the knees and place an arm between them with the palm on one inner knee and the elbow on the other, and try squeezing the knees together.
What if I have a shattered pelvis 44 years ago ? Can I get anyone to answer questions?
Thanks guys.
Regardless of your speech difficulties, you still have lots of important things to say! And we are listening.
Both right & left SI have been screwed together 1-year after spinal fusion. Now I have relief from pain.
you talk too much.
