The only bad thing I found about lucid dreaming is the possibility of experiencing sleep paralysis and I can agree, I once had a horrible experience but not quite horrible but it was creepy asf cuz I saw this old lady dressed up in very dark looking clothes staring at me very seriously

Can someone in the comments help me out. This morning I woke up at 7 then went back to bed and at about 9 I had a dream I was fighting someone. I had enough and decided I was just gonna punch him in the head. I then punched my bedside table in real life. I woke up and went what the fuck. I tore the skin off my knuckles. Anyone know what happened?

When I was around 5 I had a recurring dream where me and my sister were having a race in our house to see who could get outside first as soon as we counted to 1 we would run but our toys behind us would always grab me and pull me into our room while my sister kept running
The last time this dream occurred we would count down and as soon as my sister took off I turned around looked at the toys and said "please stop grabbing me grab my sis next time" and the dream never occurred again Idk if the last time it was a lucid dream or not but I felt good the next morning
